Mold air sample. $125 per sample. At least 2 samples are required. (1) Sample from the exterior to obtain a baseline for molds in the area and (1) Sample from the interior in the living room, basement or primary bedroom. Ideally you would want (1) Mold Air Sample per 1000 square feet. Example: 1600 square foot home should have (1) Sample from the exterior by the front door and (2) samples on the interior (Total would be $375. If there are multiple levels those samples will be split between levels. Buy (4) samples and get a free swab/air sample for free. (4) Mold air samples and (1) Mold swab sample would be $500.
